Swarovski Vs. Vortex Razor

I'm looking to buy a new pair of binoculars for birding. I'm currently using a pair of Vortex HD 12x50 and looking to upgrade to better glass. Is there any reason to go for the Swaros over the Vortex Razor? The sales guy at Cabela's told me Vortex has an amazing warranty, basically no questions asked replacements for any kind of damage. That might be enough of a reason for me to choose the Vortex over the Swaros, but looking for other opinions.

Update. I went with the Swarovski 10x42 EL Swarovision binoculars and couldn't be happier. Edge to edge sharpness is truly amazing. These binoculars will last a lifetime. The bag they give you is crap though. They really should ship with a case.

I've watched unboxing videos with a nice case. I'm guessing at some point they stopped shipping with the nice case and went with the bag. Here's a good review:

Vortex offers great value for the price. Even the entry level Vortex models are great. I've got a pair of 15x56, and while there's definitely some chromatic aberration, it doesn't make sense for me to pay over 2k more to get rid of it.
