Contax Zeiss 35-70mm f3.4

Here is my short review of the Contax Zeiss 35-70mm f3.4 and how it compares to the 28-85mm: https://contaxlenses.com/initial-impres ... 70mm-f3-4/.

Both lenses produce amazing images. The biggest reason I'd choose the 35-70mm over the 28-85mm is weight and size. The focal length differences are not very apparent for the type of work I do, and the 35-70mm also has a macro function for getting pretty close to subjects. You could potentially photograph a wedding with this one lens, and also get decent ring shots, but who would try photographing a wedding with a manual focus lens these days?
