Developing Supplies

I just bought my first 4x5 camera, a Wisner Expedition Field Camera, and within a week bought an 8x10 Stenopeika. I'm set as far as gear goes. My first developing solution was a combination developer and fixer from B&H (
CineStill Film DF96 Monobath for Black & White). That developer did a great job but I'd like to purchase a two part system instead of a monobath, for greater control. Perusing B&H, I see so many different options. I'm wondering what others are using to develop their 4x5 and 8x10 b&w film.

I've been using Ilford DD-X for a while. It's a simple solution compared to powders. Be sure to presoak your film in a water bath and you'll be good to go. Without presoaking you may get uneven coverage that shows in your developed negative. This was driving me nuts until someone on a facebook group recommended presoaking.
