Tamron 35-150mm f2.8 vs Nikon Z 24-70mm f2.8

I'm looking to get a standard zoom for my Nikon Z8. How do these two lenses compare? I've heard the Tamron is heavier, but I like the idea of having 150mm on the long end. How does the autofocus compare?
